Game Returns Policy

This policy shall apply to all returns in respect of products purchased in Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya.

  1. As a result of the closure of the Stores in Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya, Game will not be accepting any returns on items purchased from us, unless otherwise prescribed by law.
  2. Customers are to ensure that they have thoroughly checked the products prior to purchasing of the products and are satisfied with the conditions, quality and specifications of all products prior to purchasing of the products.
  3. In the event that Game, in its discretion or as required by law, accepts a return of any product then the product will need to be returned to the Game store by no later than 15 December 2022 at your own cost and expense and the product must be in its original packaging which has not been opened and/or damaged. Game reserves the right to inspect the product, including inspection and testing by its Supplier, prior to accepting any return.
  4. Game may be selling fixtures, fitting and display items within the Stores. These items have been used and will be sold in the condition in which they are in. You are required to thoroughly inspect such products prior to purchase as Game will not accept any returns in respect of these products.
  5. Game will not refund any delivery fee in respect of any products which may have been delivered to you.
